Guarantee

Three years, by law

Every Quentex product sold to a consumer carries the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery (Decree-Law 84/2021). If the product develops a fault or does not match what we described, we repair it, replace it, or, if neither is possible, reduce the price or refund you.

What is covered

• The heating film, its copper busbars and connections.
• The cord, plug and inline switch.
• The felt, insulation and edge finishing in normal use.

What is not

• Sharp folds, creases, cuts, holes or nails through the rug.
• Water getting inside, washing, soaking or steam cleaning.
• Heavy furniture on pointed legs, or the rug covered by a mattress, duvet or other thick layer.
• Connection through a coiled cable reel or faulty home wiring.
• Repairs or cord replacements by anyone other than us.

The full use and care rules come with the rug and match these exclusions.

How to use it

Write to info@quentex.store or WhatsApp +351 961 937 238 with your name, the size and a short description or video of the problem. Faults such as a strip that stopped heating are usually a contact on a busbar; we repair them in Cascais. We cover transport for products under guarantee.
