Prices

Prices are in euros and are final prices with all taxes included. Delivery costs depend on the destination and are confirmed in writing before you pay.

How an order works

1. You send an order request from this site (WhatsApp or email).
2. We reply with the confirmed product, price and delivery date, and a Stripe payment link.
3. The contract is concluded when you pay that link. We send the invoice by email.
4. We make the rug and deliver it as described in delivery & returns.

Returns and guarantee

30-day returns for standard sizes, as set out in delivery & returns. Every product carries the 3-year legal guarantee.

Complaints and disputes

Write to us first; we answer every complaint. You can also use the electronic complaints book. For consumer disputes you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity: CNIACC, Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt).
