Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Order requests. The form on this site does not store anything on our server. It prepares a message with your name, contact, town and note, which you send yourself by WhatsApp or email. We use it to answer you, prepare the order and deliver it (legal basis: steps before a contract, article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Orders and invoices. Name, address, contact and what you bought, kept for 10 years as Portuguese tax law requires.
• Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see your card details. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies.
• WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (Meta); when you write to us there, its terms apply to that conversation.

Cookies and Google tags

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd) to learn which pages help visitors and which adverts bring people who order. They set cookies only if you press “Accept” in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Consent Mode sends only cookieless signals without identifiers, used for aggregated measurement. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

When you accept, we also keep the advert click reference (gclid) and campaign parameters in your browser for up to 90 days, so an order can be attributed to the advert that brought you.

The page fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, which keeps standard server logs.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by writing to info@quentex.store. You may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
